Jason is the epitome of a PNW local. Born and raised in Skagit Valley, he attended WWU, obtained a degree in finance and has lived in Bellingham since 1992. Having worked in real estate for over 15 years, Jason has bought, sold, developed and invested in residential and commercial properties so can provide a high level of service and expertise for any size transaction in Whatcom County. Jason invests his time and energy into his real estate clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends, and values the many referrals that have come his way over the years. When he’s not selling real estate, you can find Jason with his family, enjoying the recreational opportunities that abound in this magical area, whether it be the snowy slopes of the Cascades, the dirty trails of Galbraith, or the blue waters of the Salish Sea.

Often referred to as his “highly capable assistant”, Katharine has known Jason since 1999 when she first came to Bellingham from Vancouver, BC, working for Jason and his father in a startup business. Since 2017, Katharine has supported Jason Loeb Realty through her sales support and marketing work, becoming licensed herself in early 2022. In addition to being available for showings, Katharine is pivotal in ensuring all of our real estate transactions come to a successful close. When not supporting real estate clients, Katharine can be found hiking the plethora of local trails with her husband, chasing her kids to their various sporting events, or volunteering with Whatcom Hospice.
